Annual Members Meeting 2012
The Annual Members Meeting will take place at 5:00pm on Sat 3rd March 2012 at the Abbeyleix Manor Hotel. Members and prospective members are encouraged to attend in order to air their views and to contribute to the development of the sport.
Among the topics for discussion is a suggestion to change the League format to the best score from 4 or 5 events instead of counting all events. Attendance at training events will no longer count in the league.
Committee members retiring are Paddy Hanley, Ger Hennessy and Folke Rohrssen. Ger & Folke are available for re-election. After very many years sterling service Paddy has decided to take a break from committee duties.
Nomination forms will be distributed to members shortly.

Membership Renewals
Membership renewals will be sent out to all members shortly. The committee has decided to leave the overall fee unchanged in spite of a sharp increase in insurance costs. The non insurance element of the fee is being reduced considerably.
Members are reminded that in paying the annual insurance fee, not only are you getting the best available insurance cover for all your driving activities but the premium also covers the insurance for landowners, stewards and the public at our events. Without this essential cover we could not run our events.
